General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any personalised or custom services once a booking has been confirmed.
TransfersNextDay.co.uk will not be responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or poor-quality designs provided by customers for printing.

Damages, Errors & Service Issues
Please review your booking confirmation carefully upon receipt. If you believe there is an error, or if you experience an issue with your service (such as incorrect booking details or service not delivered as agreed), contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
If a service failure is confirmed to be the fault of TransfersNextDay.co.uk, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A suitable replacement service, where applicable
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete booking details provided by the customer
- Missed transfers due to customer delay or no-show
- Changes in personal plans after booking confirmation
- Personalised or pre-arranged services that are no longer required
Cancellations & Changes
Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to arrange a different service is to make a new booking. Existing bookings cannot be exchanged once confirmed.
