General Policy

At Transfers Next Day, every DTF transfer is printed to order using the artwork supplied by the customer. Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once printing has commenced.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all uploaded artwork is correct, high resolution, and suitable for printing. We cannot accept responsibility for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files, transparent backgrounds, incorrect sizing, spelling mistakes, or other issues contained within the artwork provided.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received.

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or has been incorrectly produced, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@transfersnextday.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If we determine that the product is defective or the error was caused by us, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the affected products at no additional cost; or
Issue a full refund for the affected products.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Artwork supplied in low resolution or poor quality.
Spelling, design, sizing, colour, or layout errors contained within the artwork provided by the customer.
Colour variations between on-screen images and the final printed product due to monitor or device settings.
Minor variations in colour or positioning that fall within normal DTF printing tolerances.
Orders where the customer has changed their mind after production has started.
Incorrect artwork or files uploaded by the customer.
