Shipping Policy for Transfers Next Day
Order Processing Times
After an order is placed, we typically take 1–2 business days to process it and prepare it for shipment.
Orders placed before 1 PM are processed and dispatched the same day, depending on the order size and the printing time required.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
Orders received after 1 PM will be processed on the next business day.
We fulfil and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom via Evri, Royal Mail and DPD Courier Services.

Collection
Collection at store is available from same-day or next day 9AM to 5PM after a "Ready To Collect" email has been received by the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight, shipping method, and destination.
Customers can view the shipping cost during checkout before finalizing their purchase.
Lost/Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive on time, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside of our control. These delays may be caused by courier backlogs, adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or any operational challenges experienced by third-party carriers such as Royal Mail or DPD.
We do not take responsibility for late deliveries caused by third-party courier delays. As we have no control over their internal processes, routing, staffing, or logistical issues, we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience, missed deadlines, or business losses that may result from such delays.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, the delivery timeline is dependent on the courier’s performance and service conditions. We will, however, assist you in tracking your parcel and supporting any claims or investigations where applicable.
