Our Direct to Film transfers for T-shirts are designed for larger garment prints that require clarity, balance, and consistent performance without excessive bulk.
Produced using our professional DTF printing process, these transfers deliver strong colour reproduction, clean detail, and dependable durability across a wide range of fabrics. The format is ideal for front or back T-shirt prints, offering clear visual presence while maintaining a smooth, wearable finish.
Each transfer is supplied ready to press, making it easy to integrate into both small-batch orders and ongoing production workflows.
How It Works
1. Submit your artwork
Upload a print-ready file using the Choose File option, or arrange multiple designs using Build Your Own Gang Sheet to optimise your layout.
2. Review your design
If your artwork requires background removal, this service can be added before proceeding by clicking here If your file is already prepared, continue to the next step.
3. Complete your order
Select the required transfer quantity and proceed to checkout. We’ll handle the printing and preparation.

Artwork should be supplied with transparent backgrounds, unless a background is intentionally included.
Pressing Instructions
For the best results, follow these application guidelines:
- Hot Peel – Peel the carrier immediately after pressing in one smooth, quick motion.

Press Temperature
- 157°C for cotton and polycotton
- 130°C for polyester and synthetic fabrics
- Pressure – Use medium to firm pressure for consistent adhesion.
- Press Time – Press for 10–15 seconds (adjust if required for your heat press).
- Durability – When applied correctly, our premium DTF transfers are designed to withstand 60+ washes without cracking or peeling.
Top Tip: Always test your heat press settings on a spare garment before production, as temperatures and pressure can vary between machines.
