Ordering Process

Step 1 — Submit your artwork
Upload a print-ready file using the Choose File option, or create your layout using our Build Your Own Gang Sheet tool to combine multiple designs.

Step 2 — Artwork preparation
If your design requires background removal, this service can be added during ordering. If your artwork is already prepared, continue to the next step.

Step 3 — Select quantity & checkout
Choose the required transfer quantity and complete your order.

Important information

• Artwork not supplied at A4 size may be adjusted to best fit the A4 sheet.

• Files created using the Gang Sheet Builder will not be resized.

• Artwork should be supplied with transparent backgrounds, unless a background is intentionally included.

Pressing Instructions

For the best results, follow these application guidelines:

• Hot Peel – Peel the carrier immediately after pressing in one smooth, quick motion.
• Press Temperature
  • 157°C for cotton and polycotton
  • 130°C for polyester and synthetic fabrics
• Pressure – Use medium to firm pressure for consistent adhesion.
• Press Time – Press for 10–15 seconds (adjust if required for your heat press).
• Durability – When applied correctly, our premium DTF transfers are designed to withstand 60+ washes without cracking or peeling.

Top Tip: Always test your heat press settings on a spare garment before production, as temperatures and pressure can vary between machines.
